Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fypdeo at fypdeo.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Fypdeo is an AI-powered studio for generating images, videos, stories, scripts, voice-overs, subtitles, music and merged video renders. Parts of the Service (including Quick Mode) are offered in beta and may change, break or be withdrawn at any time without notice. We may add, remove or swap the underlying AI models at our discretion.

"Your Content" means the prompts, scripts and reference media you submit, and the media generated for you by the Service.

• You retain whatever rights you hold in the inputs you submit.
• Subject to these terms and the policies of the underlying AI providers, you may use the media you generate for personal or commercial purposes.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — to transmit your inputs to AI providers, process them and return results to you.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any reference media you upload, including images containing other people's likenesses.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute:

• Content that is illegal, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Deceptive media presented as authentic — including impersonations of real people without their consent.
• Sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or harms children in any way.
• Content that harasses, defames or incites violence against any person or group.
• Spam, malware or material intended to mislead at scale.

You also agree not to abuse the Service itself — including attempting to circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer the platform, scrape it, or resell access to it. Use of the Service must additionally comply with the acceptable-use policies of the underlying AI providers.

Output is produced by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, biased, or similar to output generated for other users from similar prompts. You are responsible for reviewing generated media before relying on or publishing it, including verifying any factual claims and clearing any third-party rights. We make no guarantee that generated output is original, accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

The Service is built on third-party AI model providers and cloud hosting infrastructure. Their availability affects ours, and their terms apply to the content they process. The specific providers we use may change at any time. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers.

The Service itself — including its design, interface, code and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to the Service other than the right to use it as permitted here.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that generated media will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have paid nothing.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including those covering your content, disclaimers and limitations of liability — will survive.

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
