Privacy Policy

Fypdeo ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered media generation studio available at fypdeo.com. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the service, how it flows through the AI providers that power generation, and the choices you have. The short version: we process your prompts and uploads to generate media, we route them to third-party AI providers to do so, and we do not sell your data.

When you use Fypdeo, we process:

• Prompts and inputs. The text prompts, scripts and topics you submit to generate images, videos, stories, voice-overs, music and other media.
• Uploaded media. Reference images you upload for image-to-image or image-to-video generation, and audio you provide for subtitle generation. Uploaded references are transmitted to our AI providers for processing.
• Technical data. Standard request information such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, processed by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) for routing, security and abuse prevention.

We do not require an account to use the service today, and we do not collect names, payment details or contact information through the app.

Generated items in your session live in your browser's memory. They persist while you navigate between tools but are cleared when you fully reload or close the page. We do not maintain a server-side library of your generations.

Media files produced by our AI providers (for example, generated image and video URLs) are hosted on those providers' infrastructure and are subject to their retention policies. Video editing and merging happens locally in your browser; merged renders are never uploaded to our servers.

Generation requests are fulfilled by third-party AI providers. Depending on the tool and model you choose, your prompts and uploads may be sent to one or more providers for text, image, video, voice or music generation. The specific providers and models we use may change over time as the service evolves.

Each provider processes your content under its own privacy policy and terms, including its own data retention practices.

We use local storage for functional preferences only — for example, remembering your light or dark theme between visits. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Because generations are session-based and held in your browser, we retain very little. Server logs maintained by our hosting provider are kept for a limited period for security and operational purposes. Content sent to AI providers is retained according to their respective policies.

The service is served over HTTPS and runs on Cloudflare's edge network. API keys for AI providers are held server-side as encrypted secrets and are never exposed to your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data flowing through the service.

Fypdeo is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly process their personal information.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
